Joseph Babiak started his career in finance in 1999. Joseph was soon recruited into the hedge fund world. By age 25, he operated an independent retail brokerage firm. He founded Computer Visions Systems Laboratories in 2012 and took it public on OTC Markets, and up-listed to the NYSE MKT. Joseph has dedicated his career to developing businesses as a consultant, coach, and investor. Joseph is currentey operating a cannabis complex in Oklahoma.

Fredrick ia a national and international law practice specializing in going public and corporate finance matters, SEC Registration Statements and Regulation A Offering documents, securities disclosure, SEC reports, and other securities law related matters. He has over 20 years of private practice experience, 10 years as an Enforcement Attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and 3 years as a Special Assistant United States Attorney.

Michael built teams and brands at Nike. He leverages existing resources and potential from within an organization and successfully leads teams that need that north star to guide them. Over the course of his three decades at Nike, he distilled his learning into a system that helped transform the teams that drove some of the most iconic and successful Nike brands. Now, he brings his team building skills to help facilitate and nuture successful companies.

John was President/CEO of CSI Software and Aspen Information Systems which developed software for some of the largest corporations, universities, and resorts in the world. Recently John consulted on, AI, IT, database development, and product marketing. Experienced communicator with DOD, CIA, Ford Motor Company, Boeing, Pepsi, Coca Cola, Goldman Sachs, Disney, Chelsea Piers, Hospital Corp. of America, Aurora Health, etc.

Joseph has been in the Oklahoma market since 2018 through the establishment of successful grow operations and processing facilities. As the CEO of Hash Rx, he leverages deep expertise in cultivation, hydroponics, and management to drive revenue growth and operational excellence. His leadership and pursuit of personal fulfillment make him a highly respected and multifaceted professional in the cannabis sector.

Steven has been in the Oklahoma cannabis industry since its inception. He is Co-Founder of Southbound Sunshine LLC, a licensed cannabis complex in Seminole, Oklahoma, and Co-Founder of Liberty Growers LLC cannabis farm. Steven has studied with California legacy cannabis farmers and has 20 years in the lighting industry.

Kalin has a decorated compliance background and currently acts as Membership Director, and Policy Analyst at the Oklahoma Cannabis Industry Association. Kalin has an Associate of Science degree with a concentration in Legal Case Management.
